Admission Rules

Admittance to the inaugural year of the MBBS program shall be sought via a public proclamation disseminated in prominent newspapers, delineating the cutoff date for application submission. Any submissions received beyond this stipulated deadline shall be deemed ineligible for consideration. Submissions are mandated to be dispatched through an accredited courier service.
Applicants are obligated to complete distinct application forms for MBBS admissions. The allotment of seats across different districts is unreserved for competition, devoid of bias predicated on gender, religion, ethnicity, or caste. Contestation within each district shall exclusively involve candidates hailing from that particular district; cross-district competition is proscribed.
The requisite application forms and informational prospectus may be procured from designated outlets of approved courier services. Applicants are enjoined to furnish their application forms alongside a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 3,000 for program (MBBS), remitted to the specified account number as detailed in the provided challan form. All documentation must be endorsed by a government official holding a rank of grade 17 or higher.
The essential documentation includes:
• Duplicate of the Entry Test Admit Slip.
• Entry Test Result (Retrieved from www.pmc.gov.pk website).
• Matriculation Certificate.
• Matriculation marks certificate or O Level equivalence certificate validated by IBCC.
• Intermediate (Pre-Medical) marks certificate and Pass/Provisional certificate or equivalent examination certificate validated by IBCC, accompanied by a transcript certificate.
• National Identity Card from NADRA/B Form (where applicable).
• Permanent Residence Certificate (Form-C) as per statutory regulations or a form delineated by the Government for tagged districts.
• Domicile Certificate of the candidate for tagged districts.
• Domicile Certificate of the deceased father/mother (in the event of paternal demise or divorce) from Sindh Province
• Duplicate of the Computerized National Identity Card of Father/Mother (in the case of paternal demise or divorce).
• Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate (if pertinent) from any duly registered madrasa under Wifaqul Madaris.
• Disability Certificate from the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Sindh, Karachi, or Civil Services Hospital (for candidates with disabilities).
• Affidavits/Undertakings on Rs. 100/- stamp paper as per the provided samples in appendix I, attesting to non-enrollment in any other medical/dental college or medical university nationwide and the veracity of documents.
• Three duly attested Passport Size Photographs of candidates, with their names inscribed on the reverse side of the photographs (with one affixed to the application form).
• Death certificate of the father from NADRA (in the event of paternal demise).
• Evidence of parent(s) gainfully employed outside Pakistan for candidates under the classification of Overseas Pakistanis.
Note: Candidates discovered to possess Domicile/P.R.C. affiliations with more than one district/province within Pakistan shall be disqualified from admission to any medical institution within Sindh.
