Pay order of Fee for 1st year tuition fee of Bachelor of Sciences intensive Care Technology (BS-ICT), Bachelor of Sciences Anesthesia Technology (BS-AT), Bachelor of Sciences Cardiovascular sciences Technology (BS-CVT) & Bachelor of Sciences Medical Laboratory (BS-MLT) will have to be paid within 15 days of admission.
2. Pay order of one year tuition fee will have to be paid within one month after the start of 2nd, 3rd, & Final year of BS-ICT, BS-AT, BS-CVT & BS-MLT. In case the fee is not submitted during the given specified time late payment charges will be charged as follows:

The percentage of fee shall be applicable on all components of fee, except for security and admission charges.
The timeline shall be calculated continuously, covering both weekdays and weekend.

Note: All late admission cases (Admission offered after commencement of classes), the days for fee refund shall be counted from the date of admission as per above table.
1. Taxes will be applied as per the FBR rules.
2. Amounts stated in the fee vouchers are excluded from all Bank charges.
3. The Fee Structure may be revised by the university at any time during the study, due to unavoidable circumstances.
4. The fee and dues will be charged by each student per year as per details given in the prospectus.
5. All fees and dues of the first year must be paid on or before the last date mentioned in the offer letter of admission, otherwise her admission will be cancelled, and seat will be offered to the next candidate on merit list.
6. For subsequent years, fee and dues for academic year if not paid within 15 days of start of year a fine of Rs. 100/- per day will be imposed. If the student fails to pay her fee and dues within 30 days, her name will be struck off from the institution.
7. There is no fee concession/installment policy.
8. Fine once levied will not be condoned.
9. Any change in the fee is subjected to decision of Director Finance.



Note:
1. Candidates admitted will be charged tuition fee in proportion to their repeated subjects in case of their failure in any examination.
2. Penalties will be charged from the students who fail to pay their fee (tuition and admission) within due date at the rate of Rs. 5,000/Per Month.
3. An additional fee of Rs. 500/- will be charged from student who requested re- issue of hostel Identity card in case of loss.
