The Neurology Department at Peoples' University Hospital operates within Medical Unit II, catering to a wide spectrum of neurological emergencies, acute conditions, and chronic diseases. Comprehensive neurology coverage ensures prompt and effective care for patients in need. The department is committed to academic excellence, conducting regular lectures and teaching rounds tailored for final-year medical students. Additionally, Postgraduate trainees pursuing MD and FCPS courses in Medicine undergo a comprehensive three-month rotation within the department. Weekly seminars and case conferences foster a collaborative learning environment, promoting knowledge exchange and continuous professional development among staff and trainees. Equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, including CT Scan and EEG facilities, the department ensures accurate diagnosis and timely intervention. Moreover, there are endeavors to establish a dedicated Neurology Department, with preparations underway to fulfill all necessary formalities for its establishment.
