Applicants under various categories such as general merit, merit-cum-choice, University Development Programs, University Education Assistance Programs, and disabled seats must possess Permanent Residence (as specified in B-Form/CNIC) and Domicile certificates from the respective tagged districts of Sindh. Additionally, the candidate's father/mother (in the event of paternal demise or divorce) must hold a domicile of Sindh province.

However, candidates failing to secure a minimum of 55% marks for MBBS in the MDCAT Session 2023 will not be considered eligible on merit.
Overseas Pakistani candidates must provide documented proof of their Pakistani background and education obtained from institutes located outside Pakistan. Only candidates who have completed at least two years of education (HSC or equivalent) outside Pakistan will be considered under the overseas Pakistani/Foreign category.
