The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) at Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women (PUMHS) was established on 15th December 2013, in accordance with the criteria set by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. Since its inception, the QEC has been committed to elevating and maintaining all educational programs at PUMHS to meet international standards.

In addition to its core functions, the QEC has successfully established the University Portfolio Report (UPR) and facilitated the Institutional Performance Evaluation (IPE). The QEC is also responsible for conducting PGPR and ensuring the accreditation processes are in place.
